Be like the pros in the NHL - have your jerseys embellished with Tackle-Twill patches. This will give your jerseys a professional look.

What is Tackle-Twill?
Tackle-Twill is a hard-wearing, woven material that is used for sports clothing and apparel, particularly in the USA. Our Tackle-Twill is made of polyester - the surface of the fabric is smooth and slightly shiny. With us, you have the option to have your texts and logos printed on Tackle-Twill. The names and numbers can be outlined and multi-coloured logos can be sewn on. The Tackle-Twill is cut out and each letter, number and logo is individually sewn onto the jersey with a high-quality zig-zag seam. Because the production process is complex, Tackle-Twill patches cost extra (see prices further down on this page).

Advantages:
The slightly shiny surface makes Tackle-Twill ideal for sewn-on letters and numbers on jerseys. The fabric structure, which differs from the rest of the jersey, and the stitching create a slight 3D effect. This makes the lettering easier to recognize in the stadium, in photos and on television. The jersey has a higher quality look overall. Tackle-Twill is characterised by its durability and resistance. The professional clubs we supply all use the Tackle-Twill option.

How to order Tackle-Twill:
In the 3D Designer, click on the text which you would like to be Tackle-Twill. You should then be shown the specifications for this text (font, font colour, etc.) in the 3D Designer. In the specifications list, you can select the option "Tackle-Twill" by ticking the box. The procedure is the same for the logos. Once we have received the order, one of our Tackle-Twill experts will check whether the texts and logos are suitable for Tackle-Twill. Very small lettering and logos with very complicated outlines can sometimes not be processed by us. Our expert will advise you if necessary.
